hesitantdoodle is a non-binary, Scottish-based artist. Their work combines the action of sports comics, drama of romance novels and whimsy of magical girls to produce effervescent, queer and colourful comics.
hesitantdoodle is the creator and co-producer of the National Lottery funded web series Creating Comics UK and judged the LDComics Awards in 2021.
